Background: 

Grapvine originates from the lush vineyards and sun-drenched fields of Foodlandia, where grapes grow in abundance. According to Foodlandian lore, Grapvine was born from a magical vine that absorbed the essence of the sun and the refreshing energy of morning dew. The smooth, rounded surface of its body is said to reflect its vibrant and refreshing nature.  Grapvine does not have high levels of nutrient powers, but is a popular fruit among humans, for both kids and adults. 

Starting life as a small Doodie in a cluster of grapes, Grapvine detaches from the bunch when mature and begins its adventures with the power of flight. When young, Grapvine often hides among other fruits or in kitchen fruit bowls, blending in with its surroundings. As it evolves into a Dooder, Grapvine gains size and strength, and grows additional arms and legs. When Grapvine evolves into a Doodastator, it changes to purple, and grows incredibly powerful wings, arms and legs.

Strengths:

Grapvine has a smooth, resilient skin that combines well with its Retinaguard Cloak defence, making it very difficult to see as it flies in the sky. Its Conduit Strike attack allows it to attack enemies from a distance, remaining just out of reach of any stronger opponents.  Grapvine is a Fruitable and can beat Grainies.

Weaknesses: 

Grapvine’s juicy interior makes it less durable against prolonged attacks, making it vulnerable to persistent foes. Its sweet aroma can make it easy to detect. If Grapvine overuses its Conduit Strike, it can become overripe and less effective in battle. Grapvine is a Fruitable and vulnerable to attacks from Protevores and Ockazionals.

Connections: 

Grapvine enjoys teaming up with other Food Doods to create refreshing snacks for humans. When paired with Dairbies, Protevores, Grainies and Veggicon it can transform into a delicious charcuterie platter.
