Background: 

Grainzard comes from the golden wheat fields of Foodlandia, where grains grow tall and strong. According to Foodlandian folklore, Grainzard originated from an ancient bakery that used the finest whole grains to bake nutritious bread. The rich, earthy scent of its loaf is said to embody the essence of the wheat fields. 

Starting life as a small Doodie in a breadbasket, Grainzard ventures out into the world looking for adventure.  When it evolves into a Dooder, Grainzard grows wings for flight, and increased speed and mobility.  After evolving into a Doodastator, Grainzard becomes an insect-like warrior, with incredible speed and attacking capability. Grainzard often hides among other baked goods or in pantry shelves, blending in with its surroundings.

Strengths:

Grainzard is a very nutrient dense Food Dood, with multiple strengths, and has the highest amount of Molybdenum of all Food Doods.  As a Doodie, it relies on its compact form and ability to blend in with other breads to avoid danger. As a Dooder, Grainzard relies on its ability to fly to escape enemies.  As a Doodastator, Grainzard becomes more powerful, confident lethal against enemies. Grainzard is a Grainie and can beat Veggicon.

Weaknesses: 

Grainzard’s dense structure makes it less agile as a Doodie, making it vulnerable to faster opponents. Its earthy scent can make it easy to detect. If Grainzard overuses its Copper Boost, it can become crumbly and less effective in battle. Grainzard is a Grainie and vulnerable to attacks from Fruitables and Ockazionals.     

Connections: 

Grainzard enjoys teaming up with other Food Doods to create wholesome meals for humans. When paired with Protevores, it can transform into a hearty sandwich. When it joins forces with Dairbies, it can become part of a delicious cheese toastie.
